Laura Porter - Board of Directors

I am married with three wonderful children. In 2000 I began UNB Law School as a mature student and graduated in 2003. After that I articled with the Law firm of Clark Drummie in Saint John, N.B. and was admitted to the New Brunswick Bar in 2004. In the Fall of 2004 I started practicing where I live, in St. Stephen. In January of 2009 I started my own practice, Laura Porter Law Office. I am past President of the Charlotte County Bar Association and past secretary for the St. Stephen-Milltown Rotary Club. I volunteer at the local S.P.C.A. and am also a peer mentor volunteer with the Canadian Bar Association. When I am not working I enjoy spending time with my family, gardening, walking or running with my German Shepherd and reading.
