Richard Fulton - Chairman of the Board

Richard Fulton is a registered Mechanical Engineer, working as a volunteer to the CCCC project, as President of the Board of Directors, Chairman of the Steering Committee, and member of the Campaign Cabinet. His work experience includes Owner/Operator of Fulton Auto Recyclers Ltd., Vice President of Manufacturing for Ganong Bros. Ltd., Chief Engineer for Lantic Sugar in Saint John, and Project Engineer for Nova Scotia Power Corp. He also has served on the St. Stephen Area Chamber of Commerce, St. Stephen Development Board, and Boys & Girls Club of Charlotte Co.
Richard has lived in Oak Bay for 13 years, married with two adult sons.
